As we continue to watch the supply demand charts below, prices are on a gentle rise.

There is a restless anxiety the market hasn't felt in a while. People rushing to make offers. Houses selling for $5,000, $30,000...even $100,000 over asking price! North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver. Not ALL houses are experiencing this rush, but the well priced, high quality properties are.
